Robert is a visionary and strategist who intuitively sees the unique opportunities layered throughout the healthcare continuum. His passion for hospice derived in large part from watching the poor care his grandfather received prior to his passing. Robert has senior level management experience with multiple successful healthcare companies including two prior hospice company turnarounds.
Johny began his healthcare career in 2007 as a Hospice Social Worker in OKC. Later, he ventured into healthcare sales and marketing where he built a strong network in post-acute care programs. Johny started several companies within the last decade, focusing on hospice, home-health, and healthcare transportation. He has a passion to revive and build healthcare programs.
Chief Operations Officer
Oscar thrives on building teams and streamlining processes. He has served numerous companies and non-profit organizations in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and here in America by helping establish effective leadership development programs. He believes a company can only become great when its people are delivering at their peak and the processes enable them to execute at the highest level.
Chief Financial Officer
Kirk began his career in health care consulting, helping hospitals and physicians analyze utilization and financials to set reimbursement structures. In addition, he has over twelve years of experience in financial analysis and planning, strategic guidance, and business development in wealth management and non-profit work. Kirk is a steward and fiduciary who excels at furthering culture and balancing big dreams with the necessary numbers, analytics, and controls.
Chief Strategic Officer
DJ has worked in various segments of healthcare since 2000. He is at his best forming strategic alliances and contracting with the providers and facilities whom he has built a significant network over the last twenty years. DJs passion for helping others and his natural ability in developing and maintaining relationships attributes to his success.
Patricia started going to nursing homes at the age of three with her mom who was a med-aide for more than thirty years. After obtaining her RN, she served a short time in acute care before entering home health and hospice in 2000. Patricia has started two hospice companies and helped manage and grow seven others over the last twenty years. She has a huge heart to serve our patients and caregivers.
Vice President of Sales
Greg has worked in Healthcare since 2004, including areas of Home Health, Hospice, Nursing Home Administration, Physician Management, and Hospital Contracts. He thrives in building lasting relationships, effective communication, and teaching others. Greg is most passion about helping others and serving our patients and their families through compassionate care.
Director of Nurses
Nuquilla has been in healthcare for over 18 years and has been a DON for 6 years. She has specialty experience ranging from pediatrics, cardio, orthopedics, long-term care, cardiac step down, and LTAC. At the heart of all she does is her patients best interest and she is most focused on making sure they and their family receive the best quality of care possible.
